As Learning Manager I am responsible for developing and managing the Learning and Talent Development plans for our four Service Lines within EY Netherlands. I spend most of my time on defining, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring a learning curriculum that seamlessly aligns with the needs of our EY professionals (4500 FTE). I am responsible for the Leadership Development Programmes for our Partner population (>350 people).

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

08/2021 – Present: Board Member at the Kabuki Syndrome Foundation - Together with several like minded people we found the Kabuki Syndrome Foundation during the summer of 2021. This organisation is established to raise more awareness about the Kabuki Syndrome, to support contact between 'fellow sufferers', and moreover to drive academic research regarding this multisystem disorder. 2002 –2003: Exchange Student to Japan: Youth for Understanding - At the age of 15- 16 I lived with a Japanese host family for almost a year while receiving full-time education at a Japanese High school in Sakurai-shi, Nara-ken. The scholarship was provided by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
