  • Drive and support the development of seasonal collection strategy and range plan for the Shoes category
  • Deliver and present weekly trade reports, providing performance trend analysis, including actions to best support regional needs and in-season trading decisions. Prepare and use of Sell-in reports to support analysis and decisions.
  • Built close, collaborative relationships with Product Development, Design, Sourcing, and Pricing teams to deliver product integrity, achieving margin targets while balancing commercial with runway-led design.
  • Present the collection clearly and confidently during market, act as a trusted and consistent point of contact with any regional queries and feedback, and working cohesively with the wider teams on any changes and updates.
  • Responsibility for ensuring accuracy and consistency across PLM, line sheets, and in-market systems and documents by maintaining up-to-date data and imagery - minimising risk of error and ensuring the Shoes category is correctly represented across all channels, with close working relationships with Visual Showroom and Pricing teams.
  • Monitor competitor trends and market insights (e.g. Fashion week) to support seasonal development, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
  • Responsibility of pricing band updates and implementation, making strategic decisions based on product sales history, regional insights and competitor pricing analysis.
