- Developed training materials and protocols to digitize farmer cooperatives in Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, and Cameroon to build their capacity in light of the upcoming EUDR
- Conducted desk research on the national laws concerning protected areas and farming permits in countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America for informed decision-making
- Worked with vector layers in QGIS to determine in which national areas cultivation of cocoa, palm oil, soy, and coffee are permitted

- Analyzed EU Regulation on deforestation-free products and Roadmap to Deforestation-Free Cocoa in Cameroon to assess impact and feasibility for compliance for smallholder farmers
