- adidas (ALTS by adidas)

ALTS by adidas is a premium membership pass that enriches the adidas experience with exclusive events, clothing, and more, utilizing a blockchain-based loyalty system. Since February 2022, I've been the bridge between the community and the company. My responsibilities include facilitating customer integration through Discord (e.g., webinars, chats), contributing to marketing activations, and managing back-office tasks.

- Crawley Town FC

During my time at Crawley Town FC from October 2022 to August 2023, WAGMI United (the ownership group) leveraged blockchain technology to finance and manage the club. They sold WAGMI utility passes on the blockchain, granting fans a stake in the club along with perks like free clothing, tickets, and a say in club decisions. These pass sales contributed to the club's acquisition, effectively making pass holders registered shareholders on the blockchain. As Community Manager, I led fan engagement, marketing, and voting events, empowering supporters to influence the club's direction.

• As a Trainer, I conducted field hockey training sessions.
• As an Event Manager, I oversaw the complete organization and management of hockey events.
• As a Coordinator, I trained and mentored junior coaches to become fully competent trainers

• As a field hockey Training-coordinator I develop strategies and training regimens, plan practices and attend matches, while overseeing and directing an entire team of Youth Trainers
• I assist our Youth Trainers on and off the pitch
• I make sure that the training experience is optimized for our members.

• Provide field- and indoor hockey training for Juniors (6 - 18 year olds) and Seniors (18 - 35 year olds)
• I play a leadership role in enhancing the safety of players and all others involved with MHCH.
