Took on a second location with the same duties and responsibilities as mentioned within current job title. This was a smaller location and was visited weekly to determine the priorities of the week to guide staff, ensure proper process is being followed in the entire store, and maintain Shoppers Drug Mart standards.

• Duties included: Delegating to staff the daily tasks (huddles), filling out process boards, receiving, cash (supervisor), planning and implementing flyer ends and implementing corporate directed ends, processing orders from the Distribution Center and other vendors, merchandising, completing planograms, OH&S committee leader, back room processes, and managing the off-site storage. As assistant manager I also did purchasing, event purchasing, store image planning, schedules, and handled customer/employee complaints.
