I organized corporate events for up to 150 participants, was responsible for the onboarding process, and gave safety presentations to all employees at our location. Additionally, I monitored the driving behavior of our delivery staff.
I also initiated and implemented several internal processes to improve operational efficiency at our site. This included developing the onboarding procedure for new employees, designing a training protocol for the trainers, providing weekly updates regarding driving behavior, and creating a structured system to monitor this effectively at our location.
During my internship, I was responsible for setting up the accreditation desks at major events such as Mysteryland, Milkshake Festival, Vunzige Deuntjes Festival, and Amsterdam Open Air.
In addition to this, I worked on several other projects, including the development of a sensory-friendly space at the festivals and initiatives related to accessibility. I was also involved in a wide range of other tasks to help ensure the smooth execution of all events in close collaboration with my internship supervisor.
Organizer of Raptur Events, a 90s-influenced rave initiative that has successfully hosted four editions to date.
The event attracted between 500 and 700 visitors per edition and was held at H7 Warehouse and Club Levenslang in Amsterdam.
