Martine Elizabeth Prins

I am an accomplished Global Trial Leader with a proven track record of more than 25 years in the project management of global phase 2 and 3 clinical studies. I have experience in several therapeutic areas, in special populations like pediatrics and renal impairment, and in in-house and outsourced studies.

I have good scientific, as well as project- and people management skills. I build teams by being enthusiastic, providing trust, stimulating open communication and being respectful to all team members. I demonstrated decision-making and communication skills, ensuring study adherence to budget and timelines with a focus on quality data.

I am looking for a challenging position in global clinical development with responsibility and a mixture of project management and science. I like to be “the spider in the web” and to be the leader to whom everybody can come for advise and experience.
