I have grown more as person through my union membership and because of the brotherhood I’ve been part of since I was sworn in as a member then and other experiences I’ve had,and want to help our brotherhood gain more traction,and more market share so both our current membership,and our future members can benefit from the training,and mentoring I’ve received.
As a Job steward I’ve learned how to navigate the personal and contractual conflicts that arise,and I am eager to put those skills to use furthering our union in whatever capacity I can in the future.
