• Authorised & implemented Performance Standards and Assurance Activities for whole FPSO fleet, which were successfully accepted by accredited classification society,

• Supervised complete Plant equipment (Wastewater separation, Tricanter and Floatation unit, diesel engines, and complex HP systems to 2500 bar) and Vessel fleet (tanker and two barges, 1500 DWT).
• Managed international EPC projects such as installation of Tricanter unit for slop separation in Rijeka refinery or waste disposal of 1,1,2-trichorethane in Varna, Bulgaria,
• Created and implemented corporate management system (SAP PM & DMS) to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime,
• Verified and supervised maintenance service requests assigned to service technicians and external contractors,
• Completed regulatory compliance survey to both state and national regulations with benchmarking results, which include fire control, electrical safety systems, PED, ISO QC/QA and OHSAS surveys,

• Completed diagnostic analyses and Performance tests on GE Oil & Gas / NuovoPignone turbomachinery equipment,

• Diagnosed and resolved rotating equipment problems in Rijeka Refinery.
• Performed preparation of proposals for maintenance activities, work specifications and control of maintenance costs,
• Organized maintenance works and coordination of involved participants (single service company, external contractors, etc.),
• Developed CBM activities in order to keep high availability of equipment (vibration monitoring, lubrication management, thermography analysis, RCFA, MTBF, etc.),
• Improved technical specs for procurement of services, materials, spare parts, parts of equipment, etc.,
• Supervised commissioning and start-up of new HCC unit, built in 2011,
