Worked as a performer, theatre maker and educator across a range of theatre projects and festivals in the Netherlands and Europe. Created original performances and site-specific projects, and took responsibility for production, fundraising and networking. Also taught and facilitated groups at universities of applied sciences, arts academies and other educational organisations, developing workshops tailored to different audiences.

Managed day-to-day operations and staff teams in two busy cultural organisations. At the Nieuwe de la Mar Theatre, responsibilities included staff scheduling, team coordination, hospitality and operational management.

At the Anne Frank House, I coordinated staff and security personnel, with responsibility for planning, safety and service quality. Focused on effective teamwork, clear procedures and resolving practical challenges.
