Aerospace Systems Design: Lead students in the design process of commercial aerospace systems, assisting in development of aerodynamic, structural, and propulsion aspects according to EASA CS‐25 regulations.
Aerospace Systems Engineering Elements: Teach students how to identify aircraft architecture, generate a conceptual aircraft design & perform a preliminary sizing of subsystems (wing, fuselage, empennage, undercarriage).
Firefighting, pilot & pax rescue, and emergency interventions on McDonnell‐Douglas F/A‐18, Northrop F‐5, Pilatus PC‐6/7/9/21, AS332/552 Super Puma/Cougar, and Eurocopter EC‐635. Aircraft air‐to‐air weapon systems emergency handling. Formally deployed for the World Economic Forum 2024.
Control and maintain overview of engineering & operations department with chief engineer and board, in the design of the world's first commercial aircraft to be powered solely by liquid hydrogen. Ensure that project runs within 10% margins of budget, on time, and with appropriate quality standards.
