Managing quality control and quality engineers involved in developing and the execution of systems, products or services to ensure they are designed and produced to meet client requirements and expectations. Quality Assurance covered design, development, production, installation, commissioning, sub-contractor servicing, documentation and certification.

22. Leading quality control and quality assurance in modification and designs, ensuring they conform to international standards, codes, practices.

23. Identify problems in the management of quality systems and propose and implement solutions.

• Monitoring and performing construction readiness activities such as coordinating with EPC contractors engineering department for timely providing the engineering deliverables and getting Approval for construction (AFC)
• Monitoring clash and interference study result by Main contractor engineering team (Drawings & 3D Models)
• Timely Coordinating with Contractor procurement team for issuing PO base on project procurement schedule
• Reviewing the contractors project execution plan and approving the project milestones (Engineering/procurement/construction/commissioning)
• Monitoring/weekly/Monthly progress of project by EPC contractor
• Leading the weekly progress meeting of the project with contractors
• Generating overall project status report including progress/Bottlenecks/delay analysis/Shoestoppers To the PM of project
• Review the whole scope of project and ensuring that whole scope is covered by planning department of EPC contractor
• Assigning client construction supervisor/Superintendent/Engineers for the specific area of project
• Ensuring the method statement (Fabrication/Erection/Installation) is review and approved by client and ready to be used
• Ensuring the organizational chart has been developed and suitable manpower number has been estimated and planned for project execution

• Client's QA/QC consultant/advisor for monitoring EPC contractors (UOP Honeywell Rassell –SPIE Co. & Cape East Co. & Petrojet Co. & EPPM Co.)
• Reviewing and assisting to develop quality plan of the project.

• Producing Audit program in order to audit contractors during construction.
• Support contractors to develop technical assurance plan by providing assistance.
