Follow up of the airworthiness, administration, punctuality, invoicing & warranty claims, technical status and safety of the fleet (ADD’s, C/O’s, SB’s, ...), planning, liaison between Sabena TLL 41 and Engineering/ Commercial Dept./ Flight Ops/ Central Planning/ Quality/ Belgian CAA / Airbus / P&W / CFM / GE / Messier Dowty / Honeywell… and other parties.
Daily reporting to the Vice-President SNT.
Special projects: Optimization of the production (Safety and Punctuality), Phase-in of 7 A330 aircraft, Phase-out of 3 A340 aircraft, Start-up of a special Landing Gear Team, Fuel Team, Co-ordination of the evacuation and repair of A330 OO-SFR after a shooting accident in Bujumbura, Dec. 2000.

Follow up of the Heavy Maintenance (C-inspections) of the Lockheed C-130 Hercules.
Projects: complete C-inspection of CH-05 + Avionics modifications.
This was the second aircraft delivered back on time i.a.w. the contract between SABENA and the Belgian Air Force since the beginning of the collaboration.
During this period I also made Maintenance Proposals for heavy maintenance of A330 aircraft of American Airlines, C130 of the Dutch Royal Air Force.
