  • Lead and manage the implementation of the Dutch MoFA-funded SCC alliance Project in Iraq: Transformative Justice in Ninewa; in coordination with Alliance partners (Amnesty NL and Abaad), and Iraqi CSOs, to realize project objectives and reach capacity development targets
  • Contributed to the overall strategy of the SCC alliance, and actively contributed to strategy and methodology reviews, coordinated local ownership efforts in Iraq
  • Delivered thematic trainings to strategic partners, including on Transformative Justice, Transitional Justice, Dealing with the Past, and Gender Integration
  • Elaborate and review theories of change, intervention strategies, results frameworks, annual plans and budgets across several projects; monitor, evaluate and report on progress; coordinate evaluation processes following project closures
  • Maintain relationships with donors; contribute to the Iraq fundraising strategy and draft full project proposals for various donors including EU, DRL, and the Dutch MoFA
  • Led Outcome Harvesting workshops and ToTs across the Middle East team and contributed to the overall assessment of the team's projects, contributed to updating and creating new PMEL content material for the organization
