As a shift leader, it is my responsibility to ensure that a shift runs smoothly. I distribute tasks, check others' work, and am ultimately responsible for the result.

As a logistics employee, my task was to sort the shipments arriving at the store in the morning. After doing this, I spent the rest of my shift picking online orders and assisting customers in the store. There were also days when I worked in the external warehouse and picked orders there.
