Cross platform Senior Quality Engineer covering the quality architecture throughout the development cycle, including:

• Architected and built a scalable test framework from the ground up for the Android and iOS team. By establishing a fully mocked environment and developing custom wrappers, I empowered the team to test autonomously and in isolation, completely free from external dependencies. I also created and Implementing UI and Integration tests that cover all critical parts of the domain that my team was responsible for, making it able for the developers to continue with expanding from that.
• Implemented the shift-left approach in various teams in our company. By implementing this approach we moved testing, QA and security activities earlier in the development cycle. By testing early and often, teams were able to identify defects sooner, reducing costs, improving the software quality and accelerating release times. I supported and guided teams in maintaining and optimising the quality of the product in this shift-left approach.
• Analysing the quality gaps throughout the development cycle and added missing testing tools, like SonarQube and various AI Coding assistants.
• Creating end to end test strategies that can be used by all stakeholders.
• Leading the Quality part of multiple initiatives, being responsible for: Creating test strategies and test data, end-to-end testing, leading shared test sessions so that all stakeholders are up to date, being the communicator between all various teams making sure the quality of the product is maintained.
• Creating and maintaining documentation about various processes
• AI Champion for Payments pillar: Making sure all members of the pillar start use AI Tools to boost their productivity. Creating a guide of AI Tools that can be used throughout the development cycle.

• Presented 'The evolution of Quality Engineering', a talk about how to create a Quality architecture as efficient as possible with all possible tools that are available and how they worked in Just Eat Takeaway.com
