Work History

Composite Patch Repair

ACRATS
09.2025 - Current

Conducting research on advanced composite materials to evaluate and compare techniques for temporary aircraft repairs. The focus is on developing a method that allows safe application and easy removal without causing additional structural damage. The project includes creating a proof of concept and delivering a practical demonstration of the proposed repair procedure.

Improvemnt on HAN WindTunnel

HAN University of Applied Sciences
01.2025 - 06.2025

Conducted research on various airflow visualization techniques, including Schlieren imaging and smoke visualization, to identify the most effective method for wind tunnel experiments. Selected smoke visualization as the optimal approach and performed simulations on different airfoil configurations to ensure smooth airflow over a prototype car model. Implemented smoke visualization to support automotive students in experimental studies and to validate CFD analyses of the wind tunnel.

PVT Carport Design With Theoretical Heat

Project ESCOM/HAN/IPKW
01.2023 - 01.2024
  • Designed a hypothetical PVT carport, integrating the use of glycol/water mixed with heat exchangers to be plugged into ESCOM eco-system to heat for homes at affordable monthly rate.
  • Applied FEA Tools in SolidWorks to analyze general stresses caused by general forces such as weight load, snow accumulation, and vibration to then modify the overall structure in terms of material thickness alternating bending moments and other relevant factors to produce an ideal design output.
  • Design the control reference design for the final design implementing a innovative mesh design to allow both thermal flow but also protection from a potentially fatal system that has glycol inside of it.
  • Applied CFD tools specifically flow simulation in SolidWorks to analyze the optimal heat production at different orientations and porosity of the material.

Design Mechanical Battery With the Use of a Shaft With Springs, Rachet Gear and Braking Mechanism.

Project HAN WTB
01.2022 - 01.2023
  • Design different components such as shafts, gears, springs and braking mechanism in SolidWorks and assemble all parts together. Applied 2D drawings to show different orientation views of the design to detailed images of the mechanical battery.
  • Calculated the shear moment forces acting on different parts of mechanical battery such as at the end of the shaft where a block with a mass of 2kg has to be lifted, also made calculations for different spring constants to find the appropriate spring to be able retract the rachet gear back to lift a mass of 2kg off the surface.
  • Used Edu Pack to find different materials that meets the fixed requirements of the mechanical battery to withstand different forces it may experience.

Designing on Axial Flow Wind Turbine to Pump Water to Higher Levels.

Project HAN WTB
01.2021 - 01.2022
  • Applied FEA to test the integrity of the wind turbine such as the turbine blade the cylinder of the pump for the wind turbine.
  • Used CFD to simulate and analyze the fluid behaviour, losses due to turbulent flow, maximizing laminar flow design to reduce losses of transfer efficiency.
