- While working with Autism of America I worked closely with several kiddos in our center to enrich and strengthen their behavioral, communication, and learning skills. The age range for the children in the center is 2-18. When working with them I directly administered lesson plans, documented learning progression and behavior analysis, worked directly with providers to further improve learning progression, prepared meals, cleaned up after. It's definitely a high energy and vibrant environment which I find to be very enriching and rewarding!

I was then given the opportunity to be the assistant manager at 6 months of employment. I would organize my team for the day, send out accounts, skip trace my own, and make necessary calls for company management as well as for my accounts.
