Advocate VK’s ESG strategy

Build collaborations with key NGOs, officials, and other external partners to develop the Company’s sustainability programs - as well as linking corporate inter-functional initiatives with them

MAIN TASKS:

• Networking and ESG-stakeholders management;
• Manage ESG projects
• Contribute to national ESG stakeholders engagement and advocate in key forum on VK’s priority battles
• Drive internal ESG agenda
• Lead ESG-assessments and audits
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders groups to develop coordinated ESG strategy
• Support topline in building ESG Brand stories and unlocking brand activation
• Prepare presentations, reports, statements on related topics
• Present VK in professional associations and working groups
• Feed VK top- and middle-management with overview of the external world issues/trends, deliver risk/opportunity analysis for the business, local materiality matrix

KNOWLEDGE

• ESG-assessments and reporting: ESG materiality assessment, sustainability audits
• ESG global agenda, related to industry: Carbon-neutral concept, The Sustainable Development Goals UN, Climate Change, COP, Paris agreement, European Green Deal, reduction of emissions, sustainable agriculture, business ethics, labor practices etc…
• GR, Russian and international agenda: Extended Producers Responsibility, CO2 regulation
• Understanding local requirements

  Setting and monitoring tasks for related departments (PR, marketing, Event), joint development of digital/pr/marketing strategies;
• Setting tasks, monitoring the implementation of the customer engagement plan (KPI);
• Conducting business negotiations: communicating with customers, creating and promoting special projects and collaborations;
• Public speaking as an expert (more than 30 speeches, including on radio, television, international and Russian forums).
