Project Profile  : Atlas Copco Template Project.

Role                   :  Logistics PTP stream Lead and solution architect for Template Global (Projects).

Atlas Copco is a global industrial group headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, specializing in the development and manufacturing of industrial tools, air compressors, and mining equipment. Their products are sold and rented worldwide through a network spanning more than 180 countries. The Atlas Copco Group operates across multiple divisions, including Compressor Technique, Mining & Rock Excavation Technique, Construction Technique, and Industrial Technique.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Procurement to Pay (PTP) stream for the global Atlas Copco Template Project, providing strategic direction and ensuring the alignment of solutions with business requirements.
  • Oversaw the successful delivery of change requests and new projects, ensuring on-time completion within Agile sprints. Acted as Scrum Master for sprint planning, tracking, and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Led the offshore team providing support for Logistics (SD/MM) processes. Addressed and resolved issues related to spare parts management and other logistics functions.
  • Acted as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution within the agreed SLA timelines.
  • Managed integration with third-party systems (Vendors and Dealers), ensuring smooth data exchange and accurate transaction processing.

The company offers sport-utility vehicles, cars/minivans, and trucks. It also offers automotive styling, design, engineering, consumer and corporate financing, and sales and distribution services. The company markets its vehicle lines through dealers in the United States and Japan

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Led the offshore team providing functional support for the logistics (SD/MM) module, ensuring seamless system operations and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Performed unit testing and integration testing for SD/MM objects post-upgrade, ensuring all business processes functioned as expected in the upgraded environment.
  • Tested all custom Z development transactions and Z programs to ensure they functioned correctly after the technical upgrade.

Project Profile: Project: Demerging of Chrysler system with Daimler and regular support Chrysler Group LLC is a multinational automaker, formed in 2009 from a global strategic alliance with Fiat, produces Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, SRT, Fiat, and Mopar vehicles

Roles & Responsibilities

Led DE (Data Exchange) migration activities and performed comprehensive testing across all business cycles to ensure the smooth transition of business data and processes.

Mapped and documented business scenarios specific to the Chrysler system, aligning them with functional and technical requirements to ensure accurate system configurations.

Identified, listed, and deactivated unnecessary interfaces between the Chrysler and Daimler systems, optimizing integration and ensuring only relevant data flows between systems.

Coordinated RFTS (Real-Time File Transfer System) file setup activities in collaboration with third-party systems, client teams, and the basis team, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Led the documentation of business processes and the development of the Business Blueprint, ensuring a clear mapping of client requirements and SAP functionalities to guide system configuration and implementation.
  • Configured organization structure in SAP, including the setup of purchase document types, STP (Stock Transport Order) configuration, and pricing procedure setups to align with the client's procurement and logistics processes.
  • Designed and developed custom procurement reports and a weight bridge solution, meeting specific business needs for inventory management and weight measurement.
