Accomplishments

  • Participated in the organization team of the festival Soundscapes Zanz 2023, After me and a friend helped them to set up for a few days before the beginning of the festival we became part of the official organization team. As I was the tarot card reader I was given the opportunity to manage the whole wellness tent including yoga activities with independent teachers and the massage therapy section. I quickly became acknowledged for my abilities and became the head of the financial responsibilities and transfers and the person ultimately responsible for the guest's comfort. During the time when the organization of the space and activities were under my management, everything would go smoothly.
  • Participating and winning the cooking competition in Zanzibar Beach & Watersports Festival 2019, That year my family and our food court business had a table at the festival where I was engaged as a salesman. That gave me the opportunity also to participate in a lot of activities my favorite of which was the cooking competition, I partnered up with a boy from the Asian fusion food table and we cooked together. As it was just a try and my first time doing anything of the sort, I was very proud when we won. But they said our flavoring and plating were exceptional and creative. The combination of our different cultures and expertise played a key role.
