In recent years, I have had the opportunity to continuously develop myself. This has been achieved through pursuing studies, but even more through the various roles I have been able to perform over the past years. The common thread has been keeping the organization moving forward through my enthusiasm and perseverance, always with a focus on people. Equipment ownership and the TPM have been central in recent years. Currently, I am in the role of Capability Leader, but I would like to take on the role of Organization Improvement Manager.
