Healthcare professional with over 27 years of experience in clinical services, hospital quality improvement, and public health — including more than 15 years of specialized expertise in infection prevention and control (IPC). Proven track record in implementing national IPC strategies, developing SOPs and guidelines, and building capacity through training and mentoring. Led and supported IPC implementation in 12 regional and tertiary public hospitals, including establishment of IPC committees, annual staff training, and regular evaluation using quality frameworks such as SBM-R.

Served as national IPC master trainer during the COVID-19 pandemic, delivering over 30 "Teach-the-Teacher" training courses for healthcare professionals.
