• Responsible for daily cash-ups, supplier payments, waiters’ tips administration and ensuring turnover reports are up to date and balanced. I complete all bank reconciliation statements and financial reports. In addition, I handle key administration tasks such as completing the liquor license registration.

I work for an agency that sources promotional personnel for private events, functions, brand deals and promotional activations. Each job differs enormously but they are almost all customer and sales related. From bartending to selling brand new promotional products.

Throughout my second year and third year at university, I worked night shifts and weekends at a high-end restaurant in Seapoint.
