  • Supported the evaluation and introduction of new metrology products and applications.
  • Escalation Lead: Took up a role of escalation lead, and helped organize and manage a wide range of stakeholders to work towards solving on-field escalations.
  • Mentor: Took up mentorship opportunities both officially and unofficially, to assist new-hires in getting up to speed with full-scale contributions.
  • Recruitment coordinator: Currently working part-time as the RC of the Customer Support Department of ASML to help coordinate and improve anything recruitment related.
