The project is all about testing certifying and scheduling the Firmware deployment for different hardware provided by Liberty global for their B2C and B2B customers in The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, UK The hardware set includes different Cable modems, Wireless Access points, wifi Boosters, Power line Adapters etc., The testing includes physical , protocol, performance, provisioning, diagnosis and functionality of the devices. The testing also includes Speed test using Spirent, Wifi Performance using Octoscope and CD-Router

• The job is to be part of Technical Field Trial support team with CPE, STB testing and Mobile APPS automation testing and coordinate TFT activities.
• The hardware set includes different Cable modems, Wireless Access points, wifi Boosters, Power line Adapters etc., The testing includes physical , protocol, performance, provisioning, diagnosis and functionality of the devices.
• Mobile App Testing of Horizon Go app on iOS and Android Mobiles and Tabs.
• Develop test cases and get reviewed in JIRA. Prepared E2E test cases to check the integration of all systems. Use Postman for backend API calls to test E2E functionality.
• Provide technical input regarding projects, development of test documents, test reports and defect reports.
• Understand the needs from operation team to make their life easier on their day to day job.
• Support development/ integration teams for defects reproduction, analysis and debugging using manual and Automation scripts.
• Generate TFT reports for Go-No Go and convince customer team to accept the software from TFT. Raise CRQ’s to deploy software in to FUT and Production.
• Robot framework and python were used for automation scripts to verify regression test cases for STB.

UPC Germany decided to upgrade their legacy stack with the cloud solution based on sales force platform. This will help their customers, operations and employees to translate sales in to order book quickly and easily. With the sales force cloud enormous capabilities lot of enhancements were delivered

• Lead the SIT CARE test team as test manager for the B2B sales force solution where in we managed to capture 99% of the defects and earned a great reputation.
• Part of the UAT team in testing activities.
• Daily Status reports to stakeholders.
• Present the entire management with Go no go calls and decide upon the software release.
• All regression cases were executed in Katalan studio to enhance the test coverage.

As part of Ziggo Acquisition by LGI, in order to expand the Horizon Product for Ziggo Customers the Sunrise project initiated continue to that Re-Branding Day project was initiated changing the brand of UPC NL to Ziggo which involved the integration and interface testing of OSS systems and BSS systems involved in both the stacks. After RBD Data Migration (Migration of customers) and New Ziggo Integration project started in order to use the same BSS stack for UPC and Ziggo. The Data Migration and NZI Projects involve the testing of provisioning flow for the migrated and newly created customers.

Rebranding Day, Data Migration and NZI projects are Sprint based Scrum Projects involving Solution Architects, developers, Scrumleads of different systems, Test Team involving Multi Vendors

• Responsible for Test planning, Test automation and delivery management.
• In capacity of UAT Tester to liaise with business analysts, Designers and Products team for understanding requirement (Projects and CTR’s).
