• Worked closely with HR management teams to plan, develop and execute HR - DEI strategies aligned to L’Oréal's vision.
• Successfully facilitated 11 DEI workshops for senior leadership, mentors and champion groups.

Project: Fast Fashion Sustainability Reporting for WEGO

• Coordinate the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting strategy by developing content, materiality analysis and case studies.
• Work across university teams to facilitate sharing of best practice and capacity building through a diversity of stakeholder engagement practices.
• Support alliances with a variety of stakeholders, NGOs, local governments, and broader industry groups, to evaluate various environmental and sustainability priorities.
• Lead strategic value improvement assessment and reporting initiatives; WEGO has successfully launched its profile of sustainability leadership - internally and externally within the fast fashion industry.
• Assisted SSC staff with research projects and led two on-line research groups to investigate effects of internal environment projects and conducted orientation sessions on diverse Corporate Social Responsibility issues.

• Lead and Manage UNU-IAS' Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) strategy, including curriculum and policy analysis, assessment, and competitive benchmarking of sustainability performance.
• Used strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for challenging sustainability situations.
• Collaborated with professors/PhDs and conducted seminars on research techniques in eco-efficiency, sustainable development and environmental strategies.
• Developed a simulated feasibility plan, financial proposal, credit analysis and log frame for the implementations of the Ethical Catching for Fishery Communities and Sustainable Development programs in Asia Pacific.
• Acted as a team leader in group projects, delegating tasks and providing feedback to stakeholders.

• Followed budget put in place for 16 community sustainability programs.
• Developed contents of quarterly narrative reports to Civil Society partners, community activists, annual and donor reports to USAID, Comic Relief, etc.
