  • In collaboration with a multidisciplinary department, I was managing the daily life of the ostriches, breeding grounds and pastures, acquisition of specific supplies related to the ostriches, performing routinary medical procedures and administering necessary medicines when needed
  • As well as identify, manage and solve problems related with the production in order to increase it
  • By the time I left, I reduced the annual mortality rate from 80% to less than 10%, and increased the ostriches from 12 to 250, plus 100 ostriches used for meat production
