I’ve spent the past nine years helping grow GoldRepublic from €18 million to over €490 million in revenue, while expanding our customer base from 15,000 to more than 125,000 and entering several European markets. As COO, I’ve been responsible for operations, HR, strategy, legal and compliance. Working closely with the CEO, I’ve helped scale the business, develop teams and improve efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions.
What I enjoy most is working with people, building strong teams and making organisations better. I believe in being approachable, taking responsibility and turning ideas into results.
After nearly a decade at GoldRepublic, I’m ready for a new chapter. I’m looking for a leadership role where I can bring my experience, entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to help an organisation grow, whether in the Netherlands or internationally.

- Designed and automated the KYC/AML onboarding framework and introduced AI-driven CRM capabilities
