Working as a CRM functional consultant for various projects where I act as lead consultant for clients primarily in the higher education branche.
My roles and responsibilities varies from pre-sales project to delivery projects ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering value to customers. Depending on client needs, this varies from:

Work as a consultant in the CRM department to assist our clients in their business and digital transformation by leveraging Microsoft technology: Microsoft Dynamics and PowerPlatform, as a functional consultant/business consultant.

Additionally, I work on pre-sales and business development activities. Drafting, designing, and creating CRM solutions and mapping them to potential client wishes and requirements.

Assigned to the KPN project to help the migration of their on-premise Dynamics 365 solution to the cloud.

• Reassess and refactor on-premise CRM implementations so they can be implemented standard out of the box and wrote user stories about the configuration setup and implementation
• Assist Product Owner (PO) in backlog prioritization and roadmap planning
• Configure demo environments with business key-users to fetch new requirements
• Proposed, drafted, and successfully implemented a standardized collaboration framework between business and IT
• User Acceptance Test (UAT) lead by setting up the strategy, communication plan, and manage bug lifecycle management with the Scrum team

Part of a feature team that is end-to-end responsible for Customer related functionalities in Dynamics 365 and in the bank's CRM domain.

• Translate business requirements to technical and functional requirements and own the responsibility of requirement management
• Create, maintain, and refine, user stories on the product backlog
• Performed root cause analysis of incidents raised by end-users via ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Configure, test, and give demo's for customer related solutions in Dynamics 365 CE
• Assess impact of proposed solutions on the ABN IT landscape
• Involved in cross domain topics that impacted multiple systems and potentially CRM

Part of the integration layer department where I have designed and built API's to expose banking capabilities on the integration platform for internal and external parties of the bank to consume.

• Analyze bank services and determine impact for provider and consumer
• Collaborated with development teams to coordinate build integration
• Design SOAP and REST services and model them in Enterprise Architect
• Configure proxies in Google's API management platform (APIGEE)
• Provide training on RESTful APIs and API development lifecycle

Part of the SAP group that helped organizations in the utilities and resources sector optimize their business processes. Assigned on the MECOMS project as Functional consultant Dynamics AX / MECOMS

Part of the MECOMS project team to analyze and design customer requirements for MECOMS ERP for Gasunie.
