Developed a package for training and evaluating Reinforcement Learning agents to optimize manufacturing systems.

• Dyna DDPG learning agent
• Modular framework for additional agents
• Framework for training agents in customisable manufacturing environments modelled using queuing networks
• Development of a testing framework for evaluating the performance of the agent on out of distribution environments , time to model convergence and optimal policy

Collaborated with a team of software engineers to develop an IOT soil monitoring device for a local agricultural technology startup. The final prototype was capable of taking readings periodically and transmitting data wirelessly while functioning solely on solar power. My responsibilities included:

• Implementing the onboard device logic - developing the device's core functionality in C++ on the ESP-32 microcontroller platform.
• Mechanical Design and Manufacture - computer-aided design of the device enclosure using Fusion 360 and subsequent 3D printing.

Mechanical Engineer at the sole power provider on the island of Saint Lucia. My responsibilities included:

• Computer-aided design and structural analysis of plant equipment.
• Planning and coordination of major plant upgrades. (Inverstment 1million USD - time line > 1 year)
