• Quality Checking: Conducted thorough quality checks on products to ensure they met company standards before storage or dispatch.
• Buddy Role: Within the first three months, I was promoted to a buddy role, where I introduced and assisted new employees during their first week, providing guidance and support to help them acclimate to their roles effectively.
