- At Fresenius Medical Care - Diapriva Dialysis Center Asmsterdam I was hired to professionalize Purchase and Procurement from operational activities to more tactical and strategical. I renegotiated arrangements with purchasing organizations and joint purchasing, especially with the shortage of materials due to Covid.
- For Twine Solutions in Petach Tikva (Israël) I laid the foundation for a pan-European vendor program for the sale of their water-based dying machines.
