As a Medior Consultant within Dux, I was responsible for starting the internal projects, and preparing Junior Consultants for their first assignments.

Within DocDirekt, I am responsible for mapping, modeling, and translating all processes into Mavim. Additionally, I have the opportunity to introduce Mavim to end-users, conduct user testing, and oversee implementation. My responsibilities also include:

At Heineken we had an assignment to discover possible problems causing Out-of-Stock issues. After analysis we discovered several problems and proposed several business cases to solve these issues.

Possible solutions covered process standardization and an improved data forecast model.

At ProRail, I had the opportunity to contribute to a process and capacity study based on available data and interviews. Tasks included:

• Stakeholder analysis and management
• Requirement analysis
• Data preparation (Pandas)
• Dashboarding in PowerBi (with Python)
• Gap analysis / As-Is -> To-Be

• Had the responsibility for overseeing orders, including order management and stakeholder management.

• Assisted in monitoring the quality of education within the Information Science program
• Evaluated the Education and Examination Regulations for Bachelor's programs within the department.

• Represented the program within the Beta department.

• Assisted in various courses related to interactive systems, digital ecosystems, and computational thinking.

• Provided advice to the departmental board on all matters concerning education.

• Contributed to the development of a new database to improve the allocation of teaching tasks.
