In this role, I work as a Release Manager for applications that combat fraud, authenticate users and process billions of transactions per month in tens of milliseconds for merchant teams within the Cyber Security Program.

Key Achievements:

• Responsible for planning, tracking, communicating and coordinating releases for stories and features developed during the PI by ensure the MasterCard release process is adhered to.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within MasterCard to ensure successful releases by overlooking any risk along with mitigation planning.
• Driving the CI/CD, automations and pipeline strategies for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Maintained version control systems meticulously, ensuring accurate tracking and easy rollback capabilities when necessary.
• Maintained key focus on creating network across Mastercard teams which helped in leaning and applying best practices to the release process.
• Managed release schedules effectively, ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects with tight deadlines.

In this role, I am responsible for planning, leading and facilitating release and change management activities within the Risk Rates tech agile teams to ensure successful releases to the applications/Line of Business using BMC Remedy and JIRA tools.

Key Achievements:

• Designing and constantly improving release process for Rates Risk team to efficiently deploy changes to production environment using Agile Release Train. This helped deploy Aug and Sept release per set milestones.
• Partnering with cross functional teams to implement JIRA best practices for smooth tracking and delivery of changes across various environments. This has ensured release scope to be easily identified, understand category of release request and ease of creating reports at click of button.
• Supporting project teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans.
• Acting as coach to guide technical teams with bank's newly implemented release process.

In this role, I managed projects and changes needed to support the bespoke Taxi licensing application - ‘CABS'.

Key Achievements:

• Efficiently addressed and managed CABS Vulnerability project by developing plan of action and ensuring it was given priority and executed in systematic matter. This plan of action helped resolve all high, medium and few low category vulnerabilities in CABS application making it more safe from external security attacks.
• Successfully managed 'CABS Upgrade' project. This project ensured that CABS application was running on latest .NET version in short span of 3 months.
• Contributed in planning and provided business requirements for SPSV (Small Public Service Vehicles) redesign project. Some suggestions provided make SPSV application more user friendly.
• Introduced JIRA for effective tracking of bugs identified from project testing. Produced reports to communicate testing/ bug status to key project stakeholders and streamline this process which was done through exchange of excel sheets on email
• Evangelized change and production readiness process throughout Taxi IT team bringing increased visibility and compliance to processes.
• Identified end-to-end test cases, system test cases and performed business testing for CABS suites of application as part of patch deployments and projects.
• Coach teams with new vendor ticketing process and execute d end to end change management sustainment process with this vendor.

At SunLife, My core tasks were

• Acting as advocate for change and release management process in Sun Life US IT Department.
• Coordination of IT change requests
• Manage impact of infrastructure changes on Sun Life US Applications

Key Achievements:

• Led Integrated release by planning, understanding and coordinating all elements (majorly technical elements of release). This was important aspect of service as this portion ensures effective delivery of software.
• To make change management process more transparent and to technical teams aware of planned changes/releases, I created - Change Calendar by integrating it with MS outlook.
• Reporting: Built monthly KPI report that was shared with US management to show change management performance against set KPI's on monthly basis.
• CAB Reports using ServiceNow Dashboards: Built and made improvements to existing CAB reports that ensured better Client performance.
• Participated for implementing Change Management process into ServiceNow IT Change Management module by assisting with Testing functionalities and reporting them to project team. Once this tool was deployed to production, I created specification and training materials that helped technical teams create their change requests in tool.
• Monitoring change queue to ensure all US changes are moving appropriately though change process. this helped ensure that project deliveries met necessary lead times as driven by corporate change management teams, some agile implementation team and documentation followed audit guidelines.
• Awarded with 'Impact' awards at multiple occasions for successfully managing integrated release/ huge initiative's that ensures business requirements were delivered in software efficiently.

This position required me to work closely with technical teams and Stakeholders/management to bridge the gap and - Introduce application/infrastructure changes in production in a structured way and With minimal disruption.

Key Achievements:

• Hold credentials in single-handedly managing and accomplishing high impact change project - ITICS North project, which was continuously failing in terms of deliverables
• This was deployment for upgrading new SAP GUI 7.3 - major SAP change initiative impacting staff, advisor's and customers
• Established new change process which helped improve efficiency & minimize data input time, this resulted in the technical teams spent more time in providing multiple and quality IT solutions to the clients
• Provided risk analysis on major implementations and "pushed back" when risk levels were exceeded
• Instrumentally contributing towards building new tool "Change Management Dashboard" to reduce dependency on Change Manager
• Received "Project Star" and "Pat on Back" award for best performance and being youngest Change Manager throughout Capgemini India and Outstanding Performance and learning nuances of Change Management in short span of time.
• Maintained > 99% accuracy rate by analyzing a request for change risk factors, schedules & critical paths.

This position called for managing ‘Production Operations' activities for a projects-group at a large-scale production centre for executing geo- coding related activities that address both regional and global production requirements.

Key Achievements:

• Received "Golden Impulse" Award twice for contributing towards an automation & innovative idea which streamlined the data shipping process from field teams to production centers
• Drive LEAN culture across team by identifying actions/opportunities for continual improvements.
