In this role, I work as a Release Manager for applications that combat fraud, authenticate users and process billions of transactions per month in tens of milliseconds for merchant teams within the Cyber Security Program.

Key Achievements:

In this role, I managed projects and changes needed to support the bespoke Taxi licensing application - ‘CABS'.

Key Achievements:

  • Efficiently addressed and managed CABS Vulnerability project by developing plan of action and ensuring it was given priority and executed in systematic matter. This plan of action helped resolve all high, medium and few low category vulnerabilities in CABS application making it more safe from external security attacks.
  • Successfully managed 'CABS Upgrade' project. This project ensured that CABS application was running on latest .NET version in short span of 3 months.
  • Contributed in planning and provided business requirements for SPSV (Small Public Service Vehicles) redesign project. Some suggestions provided make SPSV application more user friendly.
  • Introduced JIRA for effective tracking of bugs identified from project testing. Produced reports to communicate testing/ bug status to key project stakeholders and streamline this process which was done through exchange of excel sheets on email
  • Evangelized change and production readiness process throughout Taxi IT team bringing increased visibility and compliance to processes.

Key Achievements:

  • Led Integrated release by planning, understanding and coordinating all elements (majorly technical elements of release). This was important aspect of service as this portion ensures effective delivery of software.
  • To make change management process more transparent and to technical teams aware of planned changes/releases, I created - Change Calendar by integrating it with MS outlook.
  • Reporting: Built monthly KPI report that was shared with US management to show change management performance against set KPI's on monthly basis.
  • CAB Reports using ServiceNow Dashboards: Built and made improvements to existing CAB reports that ensured better Client performance.
  • Participated for implementing Change Management process into ServiceNow IT Change Management module by assisting with Testing functionalities and reporting them to project team. Once this tool was deployed to production, I created specification and training materials that helped technical teams create their change requests in tool.
  • Monitoring change queue to ensure all US changes are moving appropriately though change process. this helped ensure that project deliveries met necessary lead times as driven by corporate change management teams, some agile implementation team and documentation followed audit guidelines.
