Worked at a mountain bike rental shop where I assisted customers by explaining the technical features of the bikes and recommending suitable routes. I also carried out repairs and maintenance, which allowed me to develop strong technical skills. In addition, I helped lead group clinics, guiding participants in bike handling, safety, and improving their riding techniques.

As a Quality Control Officer, you and your colleagues from various departments ensure that the store is clean and safe for customers and everyone who works there. You are responsible for cleaning the store, the various offices, and the warehouse. You check the temperature of the refrigeration units and ensure that all cleaning tasks have been completed for the day. In between, you sweep the warehouse, refill all the coffee machines in the store with coffee beans and milk, and change the trash bags. After lunch, you tidy up the canteen and put away the clean laundry.
