My job was to work with the system, fix errors in the system with which we work in our clothing warehouse, fix errors of ordinary workers, make changes to the system with the stock, more precisely, find alternatives for lost items, find parcels that were sent to the wrong address, send parcels in the system, train new workers, create tasks in the system and organize the work of ordinary workers, packers, pickers. Working with a new auto-store machine and with new system, setting up the ports where workers work, identifying errors in the system, identifying errors in tasks for workers. Teamwork with supervisors, team leaders and managers of our warehouse, improving work organization, studying and deepening work in the new system. Sometimes helping with translation for Ukrainian-speaking and Russian-speaking employees.
