Inas Šepić

In this position, I was responsible for conducting meetings, filling out various reports, and training agents both individually and in teams. My duties also included reviewing and evaluating calls, providing feedback, and conducting job interviews. I managed a team responsible for customer support and another team handling nationwide hall reservations, ensuring smooth operations across the board.

As a Team Leader at the Youth Center, I conducted workshops on important social issues, such as discrimination in society and the challenges of youth emigration. I also developed activities aimed at making the city more vibrant and engaging for young people. Additionally, I led a youth club, coordinating various events to bring the community together.

In this role, I organized and led various activities, particularly for children. This included games at the pool, body relaxation sessions, and aqua aerobics. I also participated in dance routines, various musicals, and sports tournaments, providing a lively and engaging environment for participants.

During my time as a waiter, I was responsible for clearing tables, arranging cutlery, and preparing the dining area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, I occasionally assisted in the kitchen, particularly with dishwashing.
