• Responsible for accounting, statutory reporting, treasury and commercial control. Led/coach a team of 8 financial accountants and controllers in Brazil and Spain.
• Restructured accounting and controlling process and IT systems to adjust to governance standards.

• Successfully faced 2009 slow down global context through set up of proactive measures to preserve company profitability. Cost reduction plan executed that led to 18% reduction of indirect cost.
