Heleen Aalderink

I have been working for several years now as an allround help for an individual with Parkinson's disease. My task consist of cooking and mealprepping according to a desired diets, driving and other tasks as such in and around the house.

• I gave open day introduction talks for my bachelor and helped as host on the IPPC-conference '22, on the Opening Academic Year and during theatre performances about social safety for employees.

Teaching students how to measure groundwater and other earth science related measurement techniques in the field during a multiple day excursion in the Achterhoek.

• After speaking with several stakeholders involved in the Waddenzee area, me and a group of other young adults developed a future vision for this area
• Presented this manifest to the Dutch minister of Nature and Nitrogen.

• Tutorial assistant for the 2nd year course Water Quality & Quantity.

Worked at a reforestry project in Portugal to restore its originial vegetation. Task consisted of planting trees and clear the land.

• I was responsible to maintain a good relationship between students and teachers and to provide feedback on the bachelor programme and courses.
