Since I obtained my Master in Business Administration I have mainly worked as Management Consultant, Executive Director and Partner in Big 4 consulting firms, and in Consulting arms of IT and Software companies. My consultative spirit with my innovation and growth mindset combined, have always been the driving force to realise strategic and digital business transformation solutions for my clients, create innovative consulting services, and grow teams in new competence areas. I’ve also maintained trusted client relations and closed larger and profitable deals from them. Always using customer centricity as lead principle. As Executive Director and Managing Partner I lead teams up to 50+ consulting professionals with budgets up to € 7,5 million. As C-level Advisor and Program manager I facilitate large private and public organisations with their most strategic business transformation initiatives. Combining a pragmatic attitude and deep expertise in a range of consulting services, digital services innovation, and business functions. At the moment I lead an EMEA focused consulting practice for Cognizant Enterprise Platform Services, specialised in HR and Finance Transformation. And grew a strong performing team of 20+ high value consultants from the consultative spirit as mentioned above, over the past years. With many new value services and projects successfully deployed for several global customers. Using concepts in the field of digital business transformation, process digitisation and selected technology innovations, such as agentic artificial intelligence. To once more raise and grow a consulting capability in an innovative digital company such as Oracle attracts me highly.
