- Created from my own experience of lacking such a resource, the initiative is a passion project I pursue in my free time, driven by the belief that everyone deserves tailored guidance to unlock their unique potential.
- My ambition extends beyond the network; I aim to create a comprehensive career program focused on helping individuals identify their distinct strengths, and leverage them effectively.

- To enhance my understanding of board work, I completed an intensive three-day board training program at Stadil Advice. This course provided a solid foundation in the principles of value creation within a boardroom setting, with practical exercises that brought the theory to life.
- While I recognize there is much to learn, this experience has equipped me with the confidence and tools to contribute meaningfully, both at Stadil Advice and in future board roles.
