Project “Bellevue", The Hague (change of zoning from office to mixed-use (1,200 residential units and 28,000m2 commercial, parking), 2 high-rise towers of 180m. Project “C-Avenue The Hague” (led acquisition, transformation of 9 obsolete listed office properties in a multi-tenant office concept of 9,000 sqm. Status: completed).

• As a 2nd employee in The Netherlands, assisted Greystar European senior management team in the establishment of the Dutch office and launch of a dedicated Dutch residential build-to-rent platform for a large institutional overseas investor.
• Deal sourcing and acquisition of student housing, multifamily and mixed-use projects, which include stabilized assets, repositioning, ground-up development projects. Coordinated underwriting and due diligence process of acquisition of a student housing project “Campus Diemen Zuid” (939 units), residential development opportunity “Our Domain Amsterdam East” (700 units), residential development “Our Domain Amsterdam South-East” (1,559 units) and an inner-city residential development “Our Domain Rotterdam” (612 units).
• Developed and adapted existing Greystar international financial models to analyze investment opportunities in the Dutch market. Responsible for financial analysis of investment opportunities, preparation of investment papers,investor presentations and market reports.
• Created student housing and housing market presentations summarizing market trends for internal use and regular investor reporting purposes.
• Worked with portfolio management, accounting, property management teams to prepare asset management business plans and annual budgets, prepared documentation for capital calls.

• Assisted senior investment managers during hedge fund manager investment due diligence process and review of regular fund managers reports.
• Cross-border coordination (Netherlands/France/Ireland) with operating partner Lyxor Asset Management of operational and legal set up of hedge fund manager’s investment strategy in the dedicated managed account structure domiciled in Ireland.
• Coordinated prime broker selection process. Member of the PGGM Counterparty Risk Management Committee.
• Entrusted by PGGM senior leadership team to lead multi-disciplinary project team responsible for the implementation of the AIFMD Regulation to ensure compliance of PGGM dedicated hedge funds Irish Managed Account Platform with the AIFMD requirements. Successfully completed and AIFMD license obtained.

• Supported Corporate Finance team in the project involving corporate optimization of Philips subsidiaries in several European jurisdictions. Performed financial analysis and transaction management support.

• Responsible for tender and procurement processes. Member of the Tender Committee.

• Legal due diligence and advice on the applicable planning, permitting and entitlement processes. Advising and coordination of the Environmental Impact Assessment studies.
• Assisted senior management team in securing multi-year financial grant facility from the European Commission to support implementation of a waste management project in Western region of Ukraine and revision of public participation policies.
