I founded my own bakery by creating a business plan with nonrefundable funds in collaboration with theEuropean Union. At Lidl Romania I worked in the Expansion, Real Estate department in the position of Assistant Manager because I wanted to learn how to manage my own business and earn experience in creating reports, analyzing and interpreting retail data for example revenues, expenses but also monitoring competition, retail operating costs, budgets and resources. Among other skills that I have acquired at this job are:

• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)

• Processing changes to the schedule, directed by WFM Traffic and informing when required the CSRs about this change
• Collaborating with operational management, WFM Adherence Clerk, team leaders and CSRs regarding exception code and real-time schedule change requests.
• Periodical intraday monitoring of realization versus forecast calls, AHT, shrinkage and coverage and other relevant planning parameters
• Address CSR's (via email or chat) or advise Team Leader, in case they are not working according to the set timetable, and/or are insufficiently intraday productive and/or show too much intraday deviation in the area of project KPI's
• Consult Team leader(s) and Delivery Manager(s) about the course of business, problems and any particulars.
