Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Employment Relations at Tilburg University, I focus my practice on employment, social security, and immigration law. I advise domestic and multinational clients on employment legal matters (individual/collective employment relations), social security-related issues, immigration (work permit and residence permit applications, visa requirements), and dispute resolution (reinstatement, mobbing, and receivables lawsuits). My scope of work includes advising on employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, preparation of employment-related agreements and notifications, advising on termination procedures, employee compensation and benefits, and work and residence permit applications.
