• Led Tech Ops business case inputs on E2E operational design to commercial geographical market expansion strategy, in close collaboration with all Tech Ops functions, Commercial Operations, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Country Affiliates.
• Regional BPO for the Tech Ops Product Variation Management Business Process, responsible for E2E filing and implementation strategy of global product changes with jurisdictional control impact.
• Establish the European Launch Team and led a team of four members.
• Led Commercial Launches (Early Access Program & Post-Reimbursement) in 24 markets across EMEA.
Head of internal End-to-End Demand & Supply Planning (S&OP, IBP) of the global distribution, manufacturing, and procurement network for Trauma & Extremities portfolio.
• Led the regional IBP Analysts, and manufacturing sites demand and supply planners (14 FTE) in execution of their tasks, IBP process, and contribute to the growth and promotion of talented team members.
• Responsible for the global, regional, and manufacturing sites supply chain metrics and KPIs; own and lead regional and global business reviews with leadership teams to assess overall manufacturing sites performance, trends, commitment gaps and opportunities.
• Led the analytics input into the annual, seasonal and monthly demand planning cycle, including sell-in and sell-thru, account forecast, product-account allocation, KPIs and future growth projections.
• Responsible for future and replenishment demand for Nike Running Footwear on an ongoing basis from product adoption/set up to the sell-in of the assortment to the customers, 3 to 24 months out.
• Driving the processes to achieve accurate forecasting and resolution of supply issues to identify business opportunities and maximize profitability.
• Designed, built, and implemented solutions for complex supply chain and logistics management systems;
• Redesigned of the services modeling process and service catalog at Portbase (Port of Rotterdam). The design includes a new service-oriented modeling process and a database tool which support companies in exchanging information more efficiently and simply at lower cost.
