1. Develop comprehensive strategies to engage refugee communities and new arrivals in political events within the Netherlands (NL).

2. Initiate and maintain contact with various channels and platforms serving refugee communities to disseminate information, raise awareness, and foster political participation.

3.Build and maintain relationships with grassroots organizations and Refugee Led Organizations (RLOs) to delegate tasks and ensure effective execution of campaign objectives.

4. Conceptualize and design campaigns, including all creative elements and details, tailored to resonate with the refugee community and encourage political involvement.

5. Oversee the implementation of campaign activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgetary considerations

1. Support the International Team in daily operations related to international projects, communication, and campaigns.
2. Organize training courses, meetings (both in-person and online), and working visits for partners to and from the Netherlands, as well as for colleagues abroad.
3. Handle logistics matters including booking tickets, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
4. Manage financial and administrative tasks associated with projects, including oversight of the Step Up Projects Fund.
5. Conduct research to gather background information for new projects, campaigns, and funding opportunities.

Setting up a network by and for refugees for better self-representation and meaningful participation in national decision-making and issues that concern refugees in the Netherlands.

4. Representing NWC in several international events.

1. Participate in the identification and profiling of cases suitable for resettlement consideration for the RST countries, in close collaboration with the Protection unit in each location

2. Conduct resettlement interviews and prepare new Resettlement Registration Forms.

3. Drafting refugee resettlement form and assessing the RST needs under the UNHCR mandate and under the 1951 Convention.

4. Assist with the preparation of selection missions and coordinate with medical partners and IOM regarding out-processing.
