• Equinix Managed Services (formerly Virtu.nl) is the Dutch managed services department of the international data center company. They provide international data center and connectivity services to mainly large business customers, multinationals and the government.
• Successfully migrating all services from F5 to FortiADC, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal downtime.
• Configured virtual servers, pools and WAF profiles for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Created Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs) to obtain SSL/TLS certificates for secure communication.
• Resolve configuration issues related to FortiADC, troubleshoot problems efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Successfully upgraded FortiADC devices without any impact on traffic, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

In addition to fortiadc, I was responsible for:

• Configured FortiProxy, implemented security policies, firewall rules and access controls.
• Based on the requirements, I designed and implemented network configurations in firewalls and Arista switches, including VLANs, routing and security policies.
• Successfully implemented new firewalls for customers, with configurations tailored to specific security requirements.
• Migrated approximately 65 firewalls from old firewall to new fortigate firewalls. Network elements such as Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, Citrix.

• Worldwide support Tier 2 break-fix for various customers regarding Server Load Balancing, Carrier Grade NAT, Threat Protection Services.
• Design and implementation of professional services for SLB, CGN, TPS productions.
• Performed graceful failover/upgrade procedure on production devices to ensure production is not affected.
