Project Description:

Water NSW is a New South Wales Government-owned statutory Corporation that is responsible for supplying the state bulk- Water need, operating the state’s river system and dams and the bulk water supply for Greater Sydney and providing licensing- and approval services to its customers and water resource information.

Responsibilities in this roles:

• Primally involved defects fixes.
• Create Data Types Case types stages Flows Data Transforms, Report definition and Sections.
• Analysis of daily Logs and Production health monitoring.
• Took responsibility on completing tasks for modules like WRM, Customer, Basic Landholders Rights- Approval process, Zero Share WAL & SPAL Licenses.
• Complete user stories assigned from AZURE for each sprint and fix defects from QA team if any.
• Provide daily status updates to the team through stand-up calls.
• Involved in Merging and Deployment process activities.
• I have knowledge PGA Framework for Using only Australian govt Projects.

Project : Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC)

Role : Developer

Project Description:

The Integrated loan Management system will deliver End to End workflow system to manage the customer loan operation (CLO). It will enable CLO to perform and track loan canalization, Bill Payment Loan valuation, Fire insurance, Coverage, Ad hoc creation and loan disbursement. The new system eliminates report generation and minimize data entry into SBIS and the platform will complete do full loan settlement. AIG is a world leading property-casualty and general insurance organization serving more than 40 million clients in over 160 countries and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities in this roles:

• Track issues in Production environment and provide fixes.
• To understand business requirement and clarify doubts with other senior team members with objectives of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings.

Project : Credit Team

Role : Developer

Project Description:

Claim management system of a USA based multinational Bank wherein claims created via front end systems are processed and taken to completion. Whenever a user requests to dispute any transaction, a claim is created in the front- end system and will be then sent to backend system for processing which includes multiple steps and processes. This claim management system is backend system for credit card related transactions.

Responsibilities in this roles:

• Worked as System Architect in Credit Team of a USA based multinational Bank with objective to ensure client success and deliver best possible implementation of planned user stories by participation in daily user story grooming session.
• Demonstrated a solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of implementing tools which can be used by any end user.
• Prioritize and ranking for items by actively participant in scrum items.
• Analyzed Critical database locking, application performance & integration issues and redesigned flows based on findings to resolve the issue.
