I played a key role in leading the Tech Squads towards achieving the strategic goals of the Treasury, expanding the team from 6 to 17 squads within three years. Collaborating with my team, I spearheaded the transition to Azure Cloud, ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation, all in close partnership with Treasury specialists.
Transitioning from the RCF program, I changed the 3 project teams into three DevOps teams managing Non-Financial Risk Applications. This primarily included the Global Archer Platform, overseeing Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Auditing. With my leadership, we significantly enhanced the delivery process by adopting Scrum/Agile methodologies, automating regression testing, and refining incident management.

2016: Global implementation of the Archer platform for Enterprise Non-Financial Risk, Business Continuity Management, and Audit Function.
2016-17: Front Office: Consolidation of individual Bloomberg interfaces into one central entry (Timescape) for distribution to Front Office Market systems (SKY, PPQ, etc.).
2015: Implementation of the new Identity Management Solution (DellOne) for Rabobank. Impacting all 3,300 employees.
2014-2016: Integration of the European Ledger with the Central PeopleSoft Ledger.
2013-2014: Creation of the strategic Finance Ledger Reporting Platform (NFRA), encompassing both Data Integration and the Business Intelligence platform.
2011-2013: Global Trade Services program, managing the impact of the new GTS front office system on the Accounting and Financial Reporting Function.
